Newtownabbey Borough Council's headquarters is at Mossley Mill. Located in a former linen mill, the elegant heritage development was the winner of the Construction Federation’s Best Building Award 2000. From Sandyknowes roundabout take the A8(M) signposted Larne. At the Corrs Corner roundabout take the A8 signposted Larne. Take the slip road off to the right signposted B59 Mossley. Drive on along this road past Ballyearl Arts and Leisure Centre and take the next road to the right. This is Carnmoney Road North. Mossley Mill is on the left over the railway bridge. Look out for the Mossley Mill chimney.
