Zest Fitness Studio Classes
The Valley Leisure centre runs over 40 classes each week throughout it’s 3 halls, dance studio and pools. All classes are open to both men and women. Most classes can be attended by anyone without any prior booking - simply turn up.
Cost of Classes
1. Zest Fitness members paying £25 month: Most classes free (see list below) and get access to pre-booking and online booking.
2. Zest Discount or Zest Concession members paying £13.50 month: £3.80 and get access to pre-booking and online booking.
3. Non members: £4.50 (pre-booking not available)

LINE DANCING
